Ruleguard Update 4.99.0

We're pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.99.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

Staged Workflow Table Field Type

• This update introduces a new field type of 'Data Library Table Field' that can be configured within Staged Workflows to capture structured lists of related information within a single field that can later be surfaced in MI.
  • Data can be uploaded via csv.
  • Data can be captured as part of the creation flow.
  • Data is captured in a Data Library object and can later be surfaced in MI (see below).
  • For customers, this means activities such as recording Gift & Hospitality attendees, clients, or related details can be captured more efficiently than field-by-field data entry.
  • Note bulk creation is not supported with this Field Type.

Accountability

• Introduced a new type of staged workflow 'Person workflows' that can surface information about an individual to better support senior executive material such as handover documentation in a more flexible format and a more presentable style.
  • This includes attributes such as name, unique reference numbers, job roles, and responsibilities.
  • Includes supporting features such as permissions, matrices, Inbox amendments and a new Tab on the Person card so Users can view and launch workflows directly from the Person record.
  • Management Information reporting will also now support the new Person-related workflows

MI

• Management Information (MI) reporting will now support the new Data Library Table Fields, enabling reporting on the data captured within them.
  • This includes the ability to group by two metrics, which, when combined with aggregation features can for example e.g. sum total expenses for a given client reference.
•  Management Information (MI) reporting will now support the new Person Workflows.
• Added the ability to download dashboards as PDF, PowerPoint and a zip folder of all images
  • This includes the ability to add a logo.

• Added the ability to set a colour template for a chart e.g. with branding colours.

General

• Performance improvements have been made in several areas, including:
  
  • Risk creation
  • Fetching of Event information when utilising a common API
• Resolved an issue whereby the font of certain PDF outputs was not being rendered correctly in the BETA and Cloud environments.
