Release Notes

Ruleguard Update 4.58.0

 

We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.58.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes

 

Audit Tool

  • User can now search and filter Events by Event Name within an Audit Response.
  • User can search and filter Events by Task List Name within an Audit Response.
  • User can search and filter Events by Workflow Name within an Audit Response.

 

Oversight Module (SMCR & SEAR)

  • User can add Notes to a Person via the Details Tab, and surface these on the Person Card and Person Matrix.
    • Notes may be searched on.
    • Notes may be downloaded as part of the Person Grid CSV download.

 

Data Library

  • User can manage Data Library entries via a Bulk Upload (csv).
    • This includes both creation and addition of new rows.
    • It is possible to manage this via a unique Ruleguard ID, or your own unique reference.
  • Added a Date Time Field Type.

 

Custom Fields

  • Added the ability to (optionally) frame a 'Data Library Matches / Does not Match' Highlight Condition between two selected Date Fields.
    • This means highlights will only apply where a Data Library row matches that entry 'and' the record is contained between two dates.

 

Third-Party Oversight - Event Sharing

  • Improved the User Experience (UX) so that it is now clearer which Recipient an Event Comment has been shared with from the Master side.
  • Modified the UX so that a User will not share an Event Comment with all Recipients by default.

 

General Updates & Improvements

  • Resolved an issue whereby the Requirement Update notification was not notifying until Requirement Updates were accessed. 
  • Resolved an issue where notifications were not being sent during Issue Transitions in a Created User scenario; nor Watchers or (next) Stage Users scenarios.
  • Resolved an issue where the 'Control Gaps' dimension was not always correctly reporting gaps (where a Rule had no Control mapped).
  • Resolved an issue whereby a Certification Workflow Step could not be completed where certain Certification Functions were hidden behind a Visibility Rule.
  • Resolved an issue whereby it was not possible to add additional Evidence post Task completion.
