Ruleguard Update 4.54.0
We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.54.0 is now live!
This update contains the following changes
Issues - Selection (User) Custom Field
- Issues Module Users will be able to add a Custom Field of type 'Selection (Users)' that will enable Issue Users to be able to pick from a list of any active Users and User Groups in the system. This removes the need to separately maintain these Users (manually) as options on Selection Fields.
- It is possible to further limit selection to Users within a given User Group.
- Necessary additions have been made to Matrices, Issue cards and Attestation cards have been made to accommodate the new Field Type.
Global Requirement Subscriptions
- Added Source, From, To and Importance Fields to the Requirements Matrix to better discover Requirements; particularly those from Global Requirement Subscriptions.
- Added the Jurisdiction and Authority to an email to be better informed as to which Updates have been received on any given day before logging into the system.
- Extended character support for 'general punctuation' to render content from a broader range of sources.
General Updates & Improvements
- Made minor User Experience (UX) to the new entity cards, namely:
- All Field Groups will be expanded on the Summary tab
- Text includes line breaks (where previously this was not when pasted in from external sources)
- Visibility rules are respected
- Performance is improved
