We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.78.0 is now live!
This update contains the following changes:
Automation - Selection Option Numeric Values for Custom Fields
- Added the ability to assign values to a Selection Option for selection-type Custom Fields, to provide a better User Experience (UX) to provide values that feed into calculated expressions.
Risk Scoring - Archive 'Out-the-Box' Risk Scoring Fields
- For Customers with the Automation Module it will be possible to request that the existing Standard Risk Scoring be removed from Risks, allowing the freedom to adopt customised Risk and Control scoring using the Automation feature set.
- Note: Master Accounts using Issue, Event and Topic Sharing features will require custom Risk scoring adoption across all Recipients before archiving.

General Improvements & Enhancements
- Enhanced API support for listing of Risks, Processes and Controls including support for created or last edited date queries.
- Improved API responses for unsupported Field types.
- Added minor UX improvements for Administrators blocking Users and deleting Permission Roles.
- Added minor UX improvements to the animation of Toggle Fields.
- Laid foundational work for Audit v2.0 to standardise and better manage Audits, Risk and Compliance; including Third-Party oversight.
- Added further improvements to the BETA Management Information (MI) v2 ahead of its general roll-out. Please contact your Customer Success and Implementation Consultants, or support@ruleguard.com if you're interested in being involved in the trial process.
- Resolved an issue whereby Task Due emails were sometimes received for cancelled Events.
