Ruleguard Update 4.79.0

Author: Shaun Jeavons

We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.79.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

General Improvements & Enhancements

  • Added further improvements to the BETA Management Information (MI) v2 ahead of its general roll-out. Please contact your Customer Success and Implementation Consultants, or support@ruleguard.com if you're interested in being involved in the trial process.
  • Improved the performance when loading and managing 'Automations'.
  • Made an amendment to the User Experience (UX) when using the Topic Mapping screen to map a Rule to a Subject (e.g. a Process, Risk or Control), whereby if that same Subject exists in other Topics, Users will now be presented the option to quickly map that Rule to those other Subjects too (in other Topics).
  • Modified the Person Importer to not remove existing Permission Roles where the Person's Role Type is updated.
  • Resolved an issue whereby the Issue Transition Action 'Add a Watcher' was not pulling Users from a Multiselect (Users) Field unless this Field resided in the first Field Group.
  • Resolved an issue where the SUP 16 updates comparing over 800 modifications resulted in slower than expected performance when loading these rules.
  • Resolved an issue whereby mandatory hidden Fields within Datasets were still being validated for during an attestation.
