Direct Marketing - HubSpot

Ruleguard may contact you in relation to direct marketing which is aimed at corporate subscribers, if it relates to your role. This is via our Hubspot platform.

Information may be collected under licence from the FCA Registry and LinkedIn for use with our direct marketing.

Ruleguard will ensure that PECR is followed when marketing our services.

    • Involves combining data from multiple sources (FCA Data, LinkedIn)
  • FCA Data will be updated every 6 months
    • Invisible processing
  • As part of the behaviour tracking this will be invisible processing however you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time to opt-out

Analytics

When you visit Ruleguard, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.

We do this to find out such things as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not directly identify anyone.
