Introducing v1 of our new Automations feature for Ruleguard that will enable you to evaluate and perform intricate calculations across your compliance data and metrics, with just a few clicks.
It gives you the ability for example, to develop and manage Control scoring tailored to your specific firms processes. It removes the need to add values in manually and ensures a greater degree of accuracy and automation within your business.
This first version introduces:
- 'Manage Automations' permission.
- Simple Arithmetic Functions: + (addition), – (Subtraction or sign), * (Multiplication), / (Division)
- Ability to aggregate values across multiple Number Fields using 'Average' and 'Sum'
- Ability to aggregate Numbers from Fields that sit across entities mapped to each other, using Average (Mapped) and Sum (Mapped) Aggregation Functions.
