Richard Rivett is a Senior GRC and RegTech professional with over 15 years of experience helping firms implement technology-driven compliance solutions. He specialises in streamlining processes, enhancing risk visibility, and supporting digital transformation. Passionate about thought leadership, Richard shares insights to help organisations build stronger frameworks and make informed compliance decisions.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Ed drives commercial strategy, revenue growth, and go-to-market execution. With 20+ years in financial services, he has a proven record of scaling functions, building partnerships, and aligning products to market needs. Ed also leads Ruleguard Connect, overseeing third-party risk across the FS ecosystem, and is passionate about innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Matt has spent his career designing elegant solutions to complex problems and now leads the Platform function at Ruleguard. That means steering the product roadmap to continually delight our customers and looking after them at every stage of their journey.

When he's not doing that, you'll find him curating an extensive collection of board games or enjoying one of a million equally nerdy pursuits.
