This update contains the following changes:
General Improvements & Enhancements
- Approval user and date may be added to Statement of Responsibilities documents.

Within Issues, 'Action required' has been renamed to 'Stage fields' and includes only fields configured for that Stage (can be set as visible, read only and/or mandatory).
- This applies to all user permission 'scopes', i.e. 'All data', 'Own data only', and 'Stage users' for users with View or View & Edit Issues permissions.

Resolved an overly restrictive behaviour with an Issue permissions' "All data" scope when multiple issue types are stacked together.
- Further preparatory changes made to support future management information improvement.
