We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.81.0 is now live!
This update contains the following changes:
New Create Issue Permission
- Represents a fundamental update allowing firms to separately control who can create versus edit Issues.
- View & Edit Issues will no longer permit a User to Create an Issue; this will instead require a distinct 'Create Issue' permission.
- All existing Permission Roles with View & Edit Issues will automatically have this new permission applied to ensure continuity on release day.
- Supports use-cases where Users may be allocated permission to only fill out a e.g. a Form instead of also being able to raise these under the same Permission.
General Improvements & Enhancements
- Added further improvements to the BETA Management Information (MI) v2 to better report on items such as: Who completed Events; Which Requirements were linked to an Event where its Subjects were linked themselves to Requirements (e.g. report on the Requirements linked to a Control being attested to), and; Better reporting on Event Tags and Record Groups. Please contact your Customer Success Managers, Implementation Consultants, or support@ruleguard.com if you're interested in being involved in the trial process for MIv2.
- Made Issue History clearer when Files have been downloaded from a Form (vs. e.g. an Issue).
