We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.18.0 is now live!
This update contains the following changes:
Requirements

Added the ability for users to create, edit and delete their own Requirements.

Requirements are now summarised on an opening tab for a clearer representation.

Added new 'standard fields' to Requirements that may be edited:
-
Jurisdiction (select from a list of countries).
-
Requirement type (select from a list of types e.g. rule, policy, procedure etc).
-
Requirement authority (select from a list of regulators, which separately may be configured and managed in the accounts 'data library'.
-
'From' and 'To' dates may be specified.
-
Importance (select from a list of predefined values).
-
Link (user may add the source of any rules).
-

Added permissions to manage the above.

A 'history' tab on Requirements will log any changes, in addition to the 'global history', where users are permissioned to see this.

Added filters to the Requirements matrix to filter on the new fields above.

Added the ability to re-order Requirements on the mapping screen within a given hierarchy.

Please note:
-
It will not be possible to edit 'System Rules' that are introduced and managed via the 'rules updates' process.

For customers with the sharing module, these new Requirement types will not be shared with ‘recipients’.
