When is a gift not a gift?

Thursday 26th June 2025

10.30am - 11.30am BST

Effective conflict management isn’t just a compliance requirement; it’s core to business integrity and trust.

Bribery prevention remains a global priority.  Enforcement is increasingly aggressive, and coordinated, with regulatory expectations higher than ever.  Specifically in the UK, the FCA has signalled a sharper focus on governance, individual accountability, and ethical leadership.  By aligning with both UK obligations and global expectations, firms can build resilient and transparent cultures that reduce the risk of bribery and misconduct.

Save your seat today on our upcoming webinar, to gain practical insights and strategic clarity on one of the most nuanced areas of regulatory risk.
