MIv2
- MIv2 Cards now support nested drilldowns, allowing you to explore data across multiple dimensions.
- E.g. you can design a card to drill from Jurisdiction > Authority > Rule Name, or Issue > Stage Name; and so on.
- Large downloads are now automatically stitched together when using “Download all”, saving time on combining multiple worksheets..
- Added 'Logins' as trackable actions in MIv2, enabling better activity audits and reports on platform usage (per user).
- Added Requirement Description as an attribute of Rules to be able to extract the full Requirement text e.g. in data downloads.
- Improved the ability to retrieve and filter data pertaining to mapped Subjects such as Controls, Processes and Risks when reporting on Events, to provide robust responses during control event reporting and so on.
Staged Workflows & Issues
- The Custom Field type 'Linked Item' for Issues can now be further refined to only allow the selection of a specific Issue type. This allows greater control over what can and cannot be linked to a given type, improving data entry and User Experience (UX) where the list would be overpopulated otherwise.
Automations - Calculated Fields
- Automations now support simple date-based calculations that allow you to:
- Set a date to be a number of days added to a given date, enabling SLA-style rules (e.g. 'date due' = Date reported + 56 days)
- Calculate the number of days between two dates (e.g. calculate 'Date due' - 'Date Resolved')
General
- Process, Risks, Controls and Firms may now benefit from a new Field Type of type 'Users (Multiselect) which enables a User Selection Field to assign e.g. Controls to Owners
- Prevents the need to manually maintain User Lists in Selection Fields.
- Also supports selection of External Users, where a Firm has been tagged.
- It will now be possible to set the opening Stage Users on Requirement Updates from the Requirement Updates matrix.
- Requires Customise Requirement Update permission.
- Improved the look and feel User Interface (UI) of the Requirement Update card for easier reading and a better User experience.
- Improved the validation around configuring Prompts & Responses whereby the unsupported 'Selection (Tiered)' field type was previously selectable.
- Resolved an issue with Topic Sharing whereby modifications to Custom Field selections for shared entities were prompting 'phantom' Share approvals in unrelated Topics.
- Resolved an issue where totals in MIv2 were displaying too many decimal places.
