Ruleguard Update 4.86.0

We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.86.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

 

Automations (Calculated Fields) - New Functions

  • Calculated Fields in Automations now support COUNT operations, enabling users to quantify linked entities (e.g. how many Risks are mapped to a Control) when using this feature.

Automations - COUNT of mapped

  • Similarly have added new functions MIN, MAX, ROUND, and the ability to dynamically update Selection Fields based on calculated expressions to allow for scoring fields to auto-classify values based on calculations (e.g. a calculated 'Impact Score' may be rounded from 4.6 to 5 will which will in turn select "Very High" as the Impact Score Field value).

General Improvements & Fixes

Workflow Improvements

  • Added the ability to include Transition Comments in email notifications, to improve transition awareness.
  • Made subtle User Interface (UI) improvements to the Transition Comments on card entry, highlighting these more clearly to next stage Users.

General

  • Improved the performance of the Records and Files grids.
  • Simplified the management of Global Pins by allowing Users to remove pins where these were created by another User (e.g. where they have since been blocked). Private pins remain unaffected.
  • Made some improvements to the Regulatory Updates feature ahead of anticipated FCA changes to regulatory feeds in October (please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@ruleguard.com for more information).
  • Resolved an issue whereby the filter on a Linked Item Field was not operating correctly for Stage Workflows
  • Resolved an issue whereby Transition Conditions were not always being correctly applied where restricting on the basis of specific transitions not having been performed previously.
  • Resolved an issue whereby it was not possible to add a highlights to Selection Fields in MIv2
  • Improved the RichText handling in MIv2 Data Tables to strip html tags.
