Ruleguard Update 4.93.0

We're pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.93.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

Supplier Oversight

• Users can now automatically pull through and assign External Users to Forms as Assignees and/or Watchers where the Form is associated with a Firm.
  
  

General

• Reintroduced the ability to pull through linked Issues when performing aggregation calculations on items mapped (linked) to Controls, Processes and Risks.
• Made User Interface (UI) improvements to the Tag Management dialogs. A new 'Delete all tags' button has been added, and labels are clearer (e.g. “Add a Tag” instead of “Select Tag”).
• Made UI improvements to the Launch Stage Workflow Action to aid understanding.
• Improved the rendering of the comparison feature for Statement of Responsibilities (SOR) to better highlight where a row (e.g. Responsibility) has been removed in its entirety. 
• Reintroduced the ability to select from existing cards when building MIv2 Reports and Dashboards. 
• Improved the handling of complex permissions when creating and managing Issues & Staged Workflows, supporting better performance and stability during heavy multi-user activity.
• Amended the error handling during 'bulk' Issue creation whereby unexpected error messages (if the operation takes more than 3 minutes) were resulting in Users submitting multiple requests.  The system will now handle these errors more gracefully and prevent resubmission until the operation is complete (this can in extreme cases take up to 10 minutes, although this should be rare).
• Resolved an issue whereby the download feature on Issues & Stage Workflows was not including data where this data was surfaced via a visibility rule.
  • Note: Hidden Fields will no longer be included in downloads. This improves clarity by excluding fields that previously appeared as empty values.
• Resolved an issue whereby the Layout feature was not operating as expected when configuring MIv2 Dashboards.
• Improved the logic around User filters so that User Groups with only Blocked Users are no longer presented in Event Design matrices.
• Resolved an issue whereby in a particular sequence of steps the hand-off between Assignees during a Stage Workflow Transition was resulting in Assignees being correctly assigned, but the Transition being blocked (with an error).
