Ruleguard Update 4.83.0

We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.83.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

Management Information 'v2' (BETA)

• Now supports enhanced dropdown search, including:
  • Searching by ID
  • Users can now toggle between 'Exact match' and 'Contains' logic.
• MIv2 will now show both general and specific remarks entered during Attestation Events.
• Resolved an error when ordering by mapped columns.
• Resolved a permissions error whereby some Users could not edit their own MIv2 charts.
• MIv2 now only offers the 'Fields' attribute when they exist.

Global Regulatory Subscriptions

• The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) has been added as a new U.S. Authority.
• Customers will now only see current Requirement Updates by default, meaning superseded updates are hidden by default (these may be toggled back on), for a cleaner view of regulatory updates.

Supplier Oversight

• Admins can now restrict access to View or View & Edit Firms based on Firm Type (e.g., Internal vs. External firms).
• Made improvements to the Form deletion feature.
• Corrected a minor layout issue where some Forms weren’t rendering as designed.

General Improvements & Fixes

• Resolved an issue whereby Users were unable to create Issues where Stage Users were missing, and emails were configured to be sent to those Users.
• Workflow Email Notifications: Ensured Users now receive the 'Workflow Step is Ready' email once dependent steps are completed.
• Certificates & Job Roles: Resolved an issue whereby the 'Active Job Roles' 'token' in Certification documents was not returning the Person's Job Role
• Returned Person 'tiles' back to their previous blue colour on Organisation Design Screens.
