We're pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.107.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

Accountability - Edit System Workflow Datasets

  • Create, Edit and Reorder Dataset Fields. Users with the Manage system event workflows permission can now add a new Dataset Field, edit an existing Field, and reorder Fields on a Dataset - so you can self-serve common changes to annual Accountability workflows, such as adding or rewording a question, without raising a support request.
    • Locked and completed attestations retain the Fields, order and answers as they were when the attestation was locked, so historical records are preserved.

Reporting (MI)

  • Report on Issues raised during Events (MI v2). MIv2 can now better surface the Issues raised during Events.

    • For an Event you can display its Mapped Issues and their attributes (Task Events, Attestation Events, or all Events).

    • For an Issue you can see the Events and Event Designs it was raised within.

    • For a Design you can list the Events in which an Issue was raised against that Design.

    • Issues raised against an Attestation's Subjects — Controls, Processes and Risks — are included.

Administration - Permission Roles

  • Search the Roles grid. The Permission Roles grid now supports searching on most columns (Role Name, Solution, Assigned to - including whether any User is assigned to a Role), and Permissions.

    • The filtered grid can be shared using a link (requires permissions to review).

Improvements

  • New "Link address" column on the Records & Files grid. The Records grid now offers a "Link address" column that shows every URL held on a Link Record, each opening in a new tab.

    • NB: The column is off by default - turn it on from the Columns picker.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where a Task card (when designing on the mapping screen) could not be deleted while the card was in focus mode.
  • Resolved an issue where a blocked User still received attestation events in their Inbox and attestation emails, for both adhoc and scheduled attestations.
  • Resolved an issue on the attestation responses grid where filtering a Radio-button (Yes/No) response column omitted some matching rows. The filter now returns all matching responses.
  • Resolved an issue where finalising a particular Responsibility Map failed because of an invalid image reference held in the record. Finalisation now completes as expected.
  • Resolved an issue where inline calculated custom fields did not always populate according to their configured expression. Calculated fields now evaluate consistently.
  • Resolved an issue where clicking the figures in a "None" row of an MI chart did not open the drilldown table. The drilldown now opens for null-label rows.
  • Resolved an issue where a Sub-Responsibility could not be saved when the parent Responsibility had a very long name, because the Save and Cancel controls were pushed out of view.
  • Resolved a distinct issue where a User granted View & Edit on a specific Regulatory Update workflow type (i.e. scoped to that Type) could not see the option to transition the workflow. The transition option is now shown for that scoped permission.
  • Resolved an error when creating an Issue with a Linked-items field type and selecting an individual Task (not possible unless the Issue has been created from that Task). Selecting a given Task List is unaffected.
  • Resolved an issue on the MI Solution dashboard where clicking a link in a maximised data-table card opened the target card behind the current window.
