This update contains the following changes:
Address book (Data Library) Permissions

It is now possible to add further granularity to Address book (Data Library) Permissions via added 'Scopes' that provide greater control over which Data Library tables a User may access and update.

Applies to Accounts, Institutions and Contacts, and any bespoke Data Library items*.

General Improvements & Fixes

Made minor usability improvements to the Requirement creation process, including pre-populating the Jurisdiction and Authority from a 'Parent' Requirement that has had these populated previously.

Resolved an MI Issue whereby the Reminder Name was not being populated within the Attestation 'measures'.

Resolved an issue within the MI Data Table for the User Last Login Data measure whereby the date and time format was not easily translated within a CSV as per other Date & Time Fields

Simplified the wording on a Rejection Request dialog to make it easier to use.
