The Role:

You will help deliver innovative solutions for a range of financial sector companies including banks,
investment firms and asset managers.

Your Knowledge and Experience:

• You relish being given the responsibility and autonomy to shape the DevOps process and
  automate manual processes.

• You can demonstrate ability to work independently on complex technical tasks.
• You have an excellent knowledge of Azure cloud.
• You thrive in a fast-moving agile team.

Your skills and experience

Here are some of the things we work with, experience and/or skills in these will put you in good
stead:

• Strong demonstrable experience with Microsoft Azure e.g. blob storage, storage queue,
  service bus, ADF, key vault, Functions, API gateway, app services.
• Solid experience in deploying infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Excellent knowledge of building and running Docker images/containers.
• You have experience of orchestrating and administering Kubernetes.
• Demonstrable experience of migrating web applications from on-premises to cloud.
• You have excellent knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle,
  including the use of Git and continuous integration tools (Azure DevOps).
• Good knowledge of cloud monitoring and alerting tools e.g. NewRelic, App Insights
• Experience of migrating Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services.
• Collaborative team member with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Able to confidently forecast and control the cloud infrastructure spend.
• Able to quickly diagnose the infrastructure related issues and resolve them.
• Able to plan and coordinate code releases & maintenance tasks at off peak hours.

Preferred:

• Experience working with B2B cloud-hosted SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of cloud-hosted microservices.
• NewRelic.
• Power BI.
