Improved the reporting of circular references where 'visibility rules' had been set in a particular combination that led to an unresolvable state.

Fixed an issue whereby MI chart data was not always reverting to the correct Custom Date filter when multiple were applied.

Fixed a rare instance whereby the MI data was not always being refreshed on its schedule.
