Fixed an issue where the Issues Advanced query builder was not returning correct results within a date range.

Fixed an issue where specific MI filters were not returning results when plotting Issues by Process.

Fixed an issue with renaming system Workflows.

Fixed an 'edge case' code issue where sometimes it was not possible to create an Issue in specific circumstances.

Fixed an issue with saving Issue pins where columns were sometimes being duplicated in specific circumstances.

Ensured the v4 feature 'Open in Matrix View' from the Issues MI card was only visible from that experience.
