1. Apply online: DONE! ✅
2. Interviews: After reading your cover letter and CV, if we think you might be a match for us you’ll be invited to the next stage of the selection process. The process may differ slightly for different roles and teams, but the same principles apply to all. Some of the ways that we will assess you during the process are:
- Short telephone or virtual chat - To assess the key skills you will need for the role
- Assessment - You may be asked to complete a test, deliver a presentation or other similar task
- In-depth interview - You may be asked to attend 1-2 in-depth interviews which could be with one hiring manager or an interview panel. This is our opportunity to understand more about you, your strengths and experiences and assess you against our competencies.
3. Decision and offer: Following your interview we’ll review the information we’ve gathered from each stage of the selection process and come to a decision. If we decide that you’re the best candidate for the role, we’ll reach out to you with an offer.
Ruleguard is an equal opportunities employer, and we’re determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment for any reason.
We take the processing of your personal data seriously and stringently, following data protection laws.
4. Induction: The final, but pivotal, part of the hiring process is to integrate you into the Ruleguard working environment. We recognise that starting a new job can be a demanding and stressful experience. Apart from the obvious challenge of tackling new tasks, there is also the need to become accustomed to a new organisation, a new environment and new colleagues.
