Moments That Matter: Split‑Second Decisions that
Shape Conflict Outcomes

Wednesday 24th June 2026

10.30am - 11.15am BST

Most compliance failures happen in seconds. Are your teams ready for the moments that matter?

The biggest compliance and reputational risks rarely begin with obvious misconduct, they start with a decision made under pressure, with limited time and no clear right answer.

Moments That Matter is a practical, insight-led session designed for senior leaders and GRC professionals who need to navigate these high-stakes situations with confidence. Grounded in real-world scenarios, this session explores how conflicts of interest and ethical challenges actually surface in practice, not just in policy.

You’ll gain clear, actionable ways to spot early warning signs, make better decisions in the moment, and strengthen the systems that support sound judgement under pressure, helping prevent everyday decisions from escalating into serious compliance or reputational issues.

This session is for leaders and risk professionals on how ethical and conflict-of-interest issues really surface under pressure, with limited time, and when the “right” answer isn’t obvious.

You’ll leave with practical ways to spot early warning signals, respond with clarity, and strengthen decision-making systems before issues become compliance incidents or reputational crises.

You’ll gain practical ways to identify risks early, ask better questions in the moment, and respond with clarity, before issues become compliance problems or reputational damage.

Who should attend?

This event is designed for board members and senior executives, and GRC practitioners who want to strengthen their organisation’s resilience in today’s fast‑changing risk landscape.
