Ruleguard Leadership Forums

A private executive discussion series for senior financial services leaders.

Consumer Duty: Beyond Compliance. Demonstrate Better Outcomes.

Tuesday 17th November 2026 - 8.30am - 11.30am

Consumer Duty has entered a new phase. The FCA increasingly expects firms to demonstrate proportionate governance, evidence good customer outcomes and provide boards with meaningful oversight, not simply confirm that policies and frameworks exist.

As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, many firms are asking the same questions:
  • Is our board receiving the right MI?
  • Can we genuinely evidence fair value?
  • Are we confident in our oversight of third parties?
  • Where could regulators challenge us next?
Join Ruleguard for an interactive executive discussion exploring the future of Consumer Duty and the practical governance challenges facing regulated firms today.

Reserve your place. Spaces are intentionally limited to encourage discussion.
