Ruleguard Update 4.92.0

Written by Shaun Jeavons | Nov 14, 2025 6:00:01 PM

We're pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.92.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

Regulatory Updates

  • Completed preparatory work for automatic regulation tagging for subscribers to Regulatory Updates.

MIv2

  • You can now generate a report that counts Event Designs and groups them by the Tag of their linked Subjects (e.g. Processes, Risks and Controls), to better support customers who tag Subjects rather than designs directly.

  • You can now generate a report that surfaces logically inactive User Groups (e.g. User Groups where all Users are blocked) using the Users 'is not present' / Blocked is 'False' attributes and filters.

Supplier Oversight

  • Users can now click a Firm name within cards and grids to open the parent Firm’s details directly.

General

  • Made performance improvements to MIv2 loading where no MIv1 cards exist.
  • Resolved a performance issue, that caused timeouts when loading matrices for Risk Events over the past 90 days.
  • Added support for SEARS-specific HCCF-1 and HCCF-2 PCF functions and tags, allowing annual certifications for senior executives in line with SEARS accountability requirements.
  • Reinforced API validation around attestation completion to ensure attestations cannot be completed without responses for all subjects.
  • Improved formatting of Rule descriptions in MIv2 to support expandable views and prevent text overlaps.
  • Resolved an issue where a configuration change by an Admin could cause linked Users within an Issue to appear as archived.  This will no longer occur and is a reversible action.
  • Fixed Transition email failures within the Regulatory Updates solution due to unsupported hidden characters being passed within the subject line.
  • Made a code fix to ensure selected Date formatting styles are consistently applied across all Date Field types within MIv2 charts.
  • The FCA Handbook page has been repositioned so it is no longer the default landing page, reflecting its retirement and planned removal in due course.
