Updated: Dec 16, 2022
We are pleased to announce that Ruleguard version 4.9.0 is now live!
This update contains the following changes:
Added Responsibility assignation dates to the Person and Responsibilities grid (and CSV download).
Added the ability to reposition records within the Person and Function tables within Responsibilities Maps (RM) for a better aesthetic.
Added the option to suppress the Users' (Workflow) 'Step Summary' emails that are sent when a Workflow is launched, to help minimise the email load (especially to line management and HR teams during enterprise scale Certifications).
Both Workflow and User 'Step Summary' emails will be suppressed by default for all new Workflow designs created.
General Improvements and Fixes
Added a banner making it easier to switch to the new Ruleguard experience.
Please contact your Principal Relationship Manager or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any feedback ahead of the switchover on February 1st 2023.
Added improved filtering of Selection (Tiered) Custom Fields on the Issues and Controls grids, to improve the flexibility of filtering and enhance the saved 'pins' functionality (stored grid queries).
Added the 'pin' name to a downloaded CSV where a pinned view is active.
Renamed and reordered the description of Selection (Tiered) Fields when selecting this as a Dimension within the Management Information (MI) to make it easier to find and use this feature.
Added the 'Description' text to 'linked items' on mouse-over when selecting (and for already selected) linked items during Issue population, to assist in the decision and review process.
Enhanced SSO functionality to enforce the logout of a Ruleguard SSO session and redirect to a given URL (optional).
Updated the permissions for Compliance Document to only require View & Edit Document instead of additionally requiring 'Full User' Role, to give greater flexibility on customising User permission Roles.
Improved the ability to access a Responsibilities' details during an attestation (where User has permissions).
Resolved an issue whereby having the Customise Issues permissions combined with View & Edit Issue permissions, where limited to a specific Issue Type and Stage; was generating an error.
Resolved an issue navigating to Compliance Documents attestations within the v3 and v4 experiences.
