This update contains the following changes:
Feature Spotlight: Attestations Business Day Scheduling
Customers with View & Edit Reminder permissions may now configure Attestations to be due on specific Business Days (within specified months); bringing this feature closer in line with Task List scheduling options and providing extended support for regulatory deadlines expressed in such terms.
Includes updates to relevant matrices to accommodate the new scheduling options.
Please note: This feature will respect non-working days as configured for each given account.
Made improvements to the formatting of content pasted from Word documents into Responsibility Maps to better support the quick population of content from offline sources.
General Improvements & Fixes
Improved the capture of the 'beginning state' when a Process, Risk or Control entity is created, by displaying each Fields original values, providing a better view of an entities lifecycle when performing investigation of updates within the respective 'History' screens.
Made significant improvements to formattable 'Rich text' Fields (see Word comments under Accountability Module) including the ability to edit these Fields in a 'Full Screen' mode, making it easier to use the formatting toolbars and work on larger bodies of text for a better overall User Experience (UX) for this Field Type.
Made some minor text and wording changes around Field configuration and Tasks to make for a clearer UX.
Separated slightly the logout button from other Left-Hand Panel options to prevent accidental logouts for Administration Users who have access to the 'Admin' options.
Resolved an issue within the Audit module whereby clicking Manage Events was not making it possible to see all options, reducing the accessible functionality.
Resolved a minor issue whereby the 'Show when creating issues during events' option was still enabled where an Issue Field was mandatory (negating this option).
Resolved a rare issue where a specific combination of steps led to an Issue name being rendered as Null where the 'default name' option was enabled.
